Dr. Talat Shabbir Lt Col (R)

PHD INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS (QAU), FCGA, FCIA

Dr. Talat Shabbir, retired Lieutenant Colonel, holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University. He is also a Fellow Chartered Global Accountant (FCGA) and a Fellow Chartered Internal Auditor (FCIA), currently serves as the Director of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) program at the Institute of Strategic Studies.
